We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to fill out necessary documentation.
Your appointment time is held especially for you and while we try to make accommodations for late arrivals please be aware that if you are later than 15 minutes it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and require a credit card for booking appointments. If you are unable to make it to your appointment we will charge 50% of the service value.
For pre-paid services that require pre-booking we will charge a flat rate of $50 for cancellations made outside of the 24-hour window.
We try to maintain a tranquil environment for all our guests; please silence your cell phones and use quiet tones when inside the building.
Unless your child is receiving a service, we ask that you please leave them at home or with a caretaker.
While gratuity is never expected it is always appreciated.
We offer a 10% discount for students, teachers and military/service personnel with identification. (This cannot be combined with other specials or package discounts.)
We accept all major credit cards, cash, gift certificates, Care Credit and SpaWeek gift cards.
We will do our best to accommodate any special needs or requests. Please let one of our staff members know if there is anything we can do to improve your visit.
While prepaid services never expire, we are unable to process a refund for any services not rendered after 30 days of the purchase date.
Retail items can be returned up to 14 days from the date of purchase for an account credit. We do not offer cash/card refunds on retail purchases. All items that are purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for an account credit.
